I grew up in a small town in eastern Colorado, called Yuma. From there I went to art school at RMCAD in Lakewood and graduated with a BFA in Fine Arts. After several years of life experience, I found myself pursuing a career in design, as a means to combine the creative and problem-solving sides of my brain.
My upbringing still comes through in my down-to-earth style and manner. I prefer simplicity that works over frivolousness, and I bring that into my work.
“Measure twice, cut once.”
“Do it right or don’t do it at all.”
These are mottos I do my best to live my life by.
